Job Duties
The people must possess the following;
- Run and monitor equipment used in the production process.
- Measure and mix ingredients like milk, salt, and cultures according to the formula.
- Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
- Handle curd formation by cutting and pressing it into molds.
- Handle packages with care when moving them in and out of the vehicle.
- Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
- Check heat levels and time every stage to ensure proper fermentation.
- Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- Keep machines and surfaces sanitized to meet food safety standards.
- Log quantities, batches, and quality control information daily.
